She’s been reading all the papers and the glossy magazines,
She wants to know what life is ‘cos she’s seen it on TV,
She’s got a lot a questions and stuff she wants to know,
She’s looking for directions but they’re coming way too slow.

So she sneaks out to a party to see a boy she met in town
